How to use this Site

With this new look to bikenm dot org comes a few new features. On this page you will find an overview of the interactive options, membership site login instructions, and other helpful information.

FIND YOUR DISTRICT
The first thing you need to do is find out what District you live in, or, in the case you are an out-of-state visitor planning a trip you must determine what districts you will visit. This is important because under 'Where to Sun Cycle' you will be able to find resources concerning that general area. For example, in time, there will be advertising for local bike shops, local events, and other things of the like. Also, in the 'Sun Cycler Social Hub' under 'groups' you will be able to post and contact people in that district group to learn more about it, or just connect with fellow district riders. If you do not know what district you live in go to 'Where to Sun Cycle' in the main menu, and read the description.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING A MEMBER AND A SITE USER

Membership, and having a site login are not the same thing. In order to be a member of BCNM you must go to the 'membership' menu button, and fill out the form, and contribute.

By being a dues-paying member you will be able to contact a department chair listed on the 'contribute' page, and discuss how you can further the cause.

When making a login for the site, please include your full name, and all other information located in the private information area. Your information will be monitored. If it does not reflect an actual person, the administrator will reach out to that particular user to ask that they change it. If there is no reply the account will be deleted.

LOGIN PERKS

News Posts, and other content will have comment boxes where you will be able to voice and opinion, or discuss the subject no more personal level as long as it is on topic.

SUN CYCLER SOCIAL HUB
The Hub  is where it's at. It's a social networking area where you can login using your site login, or your facebook login. You'll be able to make status updates, share photos and video, become connected with groups within your certain district, etc. In time, user media will populate the site showing photos and videos of different adventures our fellow riders have taken in hopes to encourage new riders to experience these wonders.

Feel free to email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if you have any questions. The site is only in it's starting phase. It will gather more content in the different menu areas as it becomes available.  Stay tuned. Ride on!
